Rafe Rabalais directs the SFMTA’s Transit Oriented Development initiatives. He has over 15 years of public, private, and non-profit experience in real estate development, affordable housing, and urban planning.
Mr. Rabalais has a Master in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
