TO: San Francisco Taxi Drivers
Due to the reconstruction of Terminal 3, the second half of the departures level has been closed and will remain closed until further notice. There are fewer check-in counters available in Terminal 3. Additional check-in capacity has been opened for United in Terminal 2.
When dropping off guests for United flights, you should ask what gate their flight is using. D and E gates should be dropped off at T2, while F gates can continue to use T3 check-in. If the guest is unsure where to go, T2 will probably be less congested.
Some arriving United passengers will claim luggage and exit the terminal at T2.
