2025 was a year of change in San Francisco and at the SFMTA. Our 2025 annual report highlights the progress we made improving San Francisco’s transportation system even while facing a financial crisis. Muni riders gave us their highest satisfaction rating ever. We embarked on a new Street Safety Initiative in collaboration with the Mayor’s Office, Department of Public Health and San Francisco Police Department. And we worked hard to drive efficiencies and streamline processes to bridge our budget gap.
