Bridge to Bridge Run: August 25, 2019

The Bridge to Bridge Run will start at 8 a.m. The run is from the Ferry Building to Golden Gate Bridge, along the waterfront. Streets will be closed and Muni will reroute service near Pier 39.

Streets will be closed at different times as the race moves along.

7:15 to 8:30 a.m. Embarcadero (northbound only), between Howard and Washington
7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Embarcadero (northbound only), between Washington and Jefferson
8 to 9 a.m. Jefferson, west of The Embarcadero
8 to 9:15 a.m. Van Ness, north of Muni turnaround
8 to 9:30 a.m. Laguna (northbound curb lane), between Bay and Marina
8 to 11 a.m. Marina Boulevard (westbound curb lane and parking lane only), between Laguna and the Marina Gate

Muni Reroutes

These Muni routes will be impacted on Sunday until the race is clear and streets are reopened.

  • The historic streetcar will only run on Market Street
  • A bus will serve stops along the Embarcardero
    • The bus will switchback beginning at North Point
    • The nearest stop to Pier 39 is Embarcadero & Bay
