- From 4:09 to 4:41 p.m., the J Church Line was blocked in both directions at San Jose and Ocean avenues due to a non-Muni collision. Northbound J trains routed over the K Ingleside Line. Southbound J trains switched back at San Jose and Ocean avenues.
- From 3:55 to 5:06 p.m., both directions of the 1 California, 8 Bayshore, 30 Stockton, and 45 Union/Stockton routes routed around Sacramento and Stockton streets due to fire department activity.
- From 3:41 to 4:44 p.m., both directions of the 45 Union/Stockton Route routed around Union and Laguna streets due to fire department activity.

- From 8:38 to 9:11 p.m., the K Ingleside and M Ocean View lines were delayed in both directions at West Portal Avenue and Vicente Street by a non-Muni collision. Eastbound K and M trains switched back at St. Francis Circle. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 12:15 to 12:45 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions due to a signal issue at California and Hyde streets.

- From 11:37 p.m. to 12:20 a.m. the following day, the 14 Mission and 49 Van Ness/Mission routes routed around Mission and 14th streets in both directions due to fire department activity.
- From 5:08 to 6:09 p.m. the westbound F Market & Wharves Line was delayed at Market and Spear streets due to a Muni-involved collision. Bus shuttles supported service.
- From 4:55 to 5:50 p.m., the northbound F Market & Wharves Line was delayed at Don Chee Way and Steuart Street due to a propulsion issue. Bus shuttles supported service.
- From 2:16 to 3:50 p.m., the 9 San Bruno Route routed around Brookdale and Geneva avenues in both directions due to police activity.
