Event Summary
The annual Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) procession will take place on Sunday, November 2, in the Mission District starting at 7 p.m.
Procession Routes & Street Closures
The procession will begin staging at approximately 6 p.m. on Bryant, between 19th and 22nd streets. The following street closures will be in effect:
- Bryant from 19th to 24th
- 24th from Bryant to Mission
- Mission from 24th to 22nd
- 22nd from Mission to Bryant
The procession will begin at 7 p.m. and follow this route from Bryant & 22nd:
- South on Bryant
- West onto 24th
- North onto Mission
- East onto 22nd
- Ending at Bryant & 22nd
Muni Service Changes
Muni will reroute the 12, 14, 14R, 48, 49 and 67 routes from 6:45 p.m. until streets are clear. The 27 reroute will begin at 5 p.m.
