How do special event parking reservations work?

How to use your Special Event Parking reservation:

1. Drive up to the gate and scan your QR code from your confirmation email, Apple Wallet or Google Wallet when you arrive.
2. To exit the garage, scan the same QR code from your confirmation email, Apple Wallet or Google Wallet at one of the exit gates.
3. Each visit is good for upwards of 10 hours.

About Special Event Parking Reservations

As of August, 2025 the SFMTA offers parking reservations at two garages for special events, like Symphony, Opera and Ballet.
