Legislation for the Potrero Yard Modernization Project is being considered by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors (BOS) for approval regarding the Project Entitlements, including a Special Use District, General Plan and Zoning Map amendments. The BOS is also considering approval for a $4,350,000 Continuation Payment under a Predevelopment Agreement for the Project between the PNC developer team and the City following CEQA certification and adoption of Entitlements. The related legislation was unanimously recommended by the BOS Land Use and Transportation Committee and the Budget and Finance Committee.
