Friday, October 31
- From 5:44 to 6:20 p.m., the southbound M Ocean View Line was delayed at San Jose and Geneva avenues due to a stalled train. M trains were routed over the K Ingleside Line in both directions. Bus shuttles provided M Line service.
Thursday, October 30
- From 10:02 a.m. until the end of service, the Powell-Mason Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles supported service.
Wednesday, October 29
- From 7:45 to 9 p.m., southbound 8 Bayshore Route was routed around Hahn Street and Sunnydale Avenue due to vehicle traffic in the area.
- From 6:52 to 7:48 a.m., the southbound 19 Polk Route was routed around Cesar Chavez Street and Evans Avenue due to a disabled truck.
- From 6:25 to 7:37 a.m., the Powell Mason Cable Car Line was down due to an electrical issue. Bus shuttles provided line service.
Tuesday, October 28
- From 6:10 to 8:43 a.m., the northbound 8 Bayshore and 8AX Bayshore Express routes were routed around the area of Kearny Street between Columbus Avenue and Broadway due to a non-Muni collision.
Monday, October 27
- From 11:51 p.m. to 1:03 a.m. Thursday, due a disabled automobile on Macalla Road, there was no 25 Treasure Island Owl Route service to and from the island.
Sunday, October 26
- From 6:49 to 7:48 p.m., the K Ingleside Line was blocked at Ocean and Jules avenues in both directions by a non-Muni collision. K trians were routed via the M Ocean View Line in both directions. Bus shuttles provided K Line service.
- From 2:30 to 3:51 p.m., the Cailfornia Cable Car Line was delayed at California and Powell streets due to a cable car that had to deploy its emergency brake. Bus shuttles provided line service.
- From 9:43 to 11:02 a.m., the eastbound 8 Bayshore Route was routed around Leland Avenue and Bayshore Boulevard due to a disabled Muni bus.
- From the start of service to 9:40 a.m., the Powell Hyde Cable Car Line was down due to a mechanical issue. Bus shuttles provided service along the Hyde Cable Car Line.
Saturday, October 25
- From 4:02 to 4:34 p.m., the Powell Cable Car Line was delayed at Powell and Market streets due to a cable car mechanical issue.
- From 3:31 to 4:13 p.m., the eastbound 44 O'Shaughnessy and 52 Excelsior routes were routed around Silver Avenue and Mission Street due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 9:10 to 9:46 a.m., the southbound T Third Street Line was blocked at Third Street and La Salle Avenue by a disabled automobile on the tracks.
Friday, October 24
- From 5:51 to 9:43 p.m., the eastbound 29 Sunset Route was routed around Gilman Avenue and Bill Walsh Way due to an event.
- From 9:51 to 10:43 a.m., the southbound J Church Line was blocked at Glen Park Station due to a Muni-involved collision. Southbound J trains switched back at Church and Day streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Thursday, October 23
- From 3:55 to 5:00 p.m., the southbound 27 Bryant Route routed around Washington and Hyde streets due to a disabled automobile blocking the street.
- From 10:44 a.m. through the end of service, the Powell Mason Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles provide Mason Line service.
- From 10:16 to 11:04 a.m., both directions of the 22 Fillmore Route routed around Fillmore Street between Turk Street and Golden Gate Avenue due to police activity.
Wednesday, October 22
- From 2:11 to 8:35 p.m., Muni Metro service was delayed due to a westbound overhead line issue in the Market Street Subway between Powell and Civic Center stations. Eastbound J Church trains switched back at Church and Reservoir streets. Eastbound N Judah trains switched back at Duboce Avenue and Church Street. Eastbound K Ingleside, L Taraval, and M Ocean View trains switched back at Castro Station. Westbound N trains switched back at Embarcadero Station. Bus shuttles supported all line service.
Monday, October 20
- Frim 1:11 to 1:55 p.m., the northbound T Third Street Line was delayed at Third Street and Mission Rock due to an overhead wire issue. Southbound T trains switched back at Fourth and Channel streets while northbound T trains switched back at the Chase Center. The 15 Bayview Hunters Point Express Route supported T Line service.
- From 6:33 to 9:30 a.m., the K Ingleside Line was delayed in both directions due to a disabled Muni vehicle on the trackway at Junipero Serra and Sloat boulevards. K trains routed over the M Ocean View Line in both directions. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 5:50 to 6:47 p.m., the northbound 14 Mission and 14R Mission Rapid routes routed around Mission and Beale streets due to heavy traffic blocking.
Saturday, October 18
- From 5:54 to 6:45 p.m., the J Church Line was blocked at San Jose Avenue and Tingley Street in both directions by a non-Muni collision. Southbound J trains switched back at Glen Park. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 1:20 to 2:52 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions due to protest activity near California and Drumm streets.
- From 7:01 to 8:44 a.m., the southbound 22 Fillmore Route routed around Fillmore and Bush streets due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 5:47 to 6:49 a.m., the northbound 29 Sunset Route routed around Ingerson Avenue and Hawes Street due to an illegally parked automobile blocking the street.

- From 10:09 to 10:53 p.m., the southbound T Third Street Line was delayed due to an automobile on the trackway at Third Street and Hester Avenue. Southbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Armstrong Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 1:30 a.m. through the end of service, the 22 Fillmore Route was routed around Hermann and Church streets in both directions due to a broken water main.

- From 8:34 a.m. to 2:14 p.m., the northbound 67 Bernal Heights Route routed around Folsom Street and Crescent Avenue due to a water main break.
- From 8:14 to 8:45 a.m., the southbound M Ocean View Line was delayed at Broad Street and San Jose Avenue due to a non-Muni collision. Southbound M trains switched back at San Francisco State University. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Wednesday, October 15
- From 5:57 to 6:38 p.m., the southbound 19 Polk Route routed around Hyde and Turk streets due to police activity.
- From 2:40 to 4:30 p.m., Market Street Subway service was delayed due to an overhead line issue between Powell and Civic Center stations in the westbound direction. Eastbound J Church trains switched back at Church and Reservoir streets. Eastbound K Ingleside trains switched back at Taraval Street and 22nd Avenue.
- From the start of service until 8:21 a.m., the northbound 30 Stockton Route routed around Richardson Avenue and Chestnut Street due to fire department activity.
Tuesday, October 14
- From 7:42 to 8:13 p.m., the southbound 8 Bayshore Route routed around Sunnydale Avenue and Hahn Street due to an ambulance and double-parked cars blocking the street.
- From 8:38 to 9:20 a.m., the westbound F Market & Wharves Line was delayed at Market and First streets due to a streetcar brake issue. Westbound F streetcars switched back at the Ferry Building.
- From 7:17 to 7:55 a.m., the northbound 12 Folsom/Pacific Route routed around 24th and Folsom streets due to a fallen tree branch.
- From 6:45 to 8:09 a.m., both directions of the 24 Divisadero Route routed around Market and Castro streets due to an overhead line issue.
Monday, October 13
- From 3:54 to 4:30 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions due to a cable strand alarm.
- From 2:13 to 3:44 p.m., the southbound 27 Bryant Route routed around Jones and Market streets due to police activity.
- From 1:24 to 3:00 p.m., both directions of the 31 Balboa Route routed around Balboa Street between 16th and 19th avenues due to fire department activity.
Sunday, October 12
- From 3:04 to 3:57 p.m., Central Subway service and the T Third Street Line were delayed in both directions due to a track switch issue near Chinatown/Rose Pak Station. Northbound T trains switched back at Third and Bluxome streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 10:10 to 10:40 a.m., the M Ocean View Line was blocked at 19th Avenue and Eucalyptus Drive in both directions by a non-Muni collision. M trains were routed over the K Ingleside Line.
Saturday, October 11
- From 7:34 to 8:28 p.m., both directions of the 14 Mission and 14R Mission Rapid routed around Mission Street between Evergreen and Crocker avenues due to police activity.
- From 2:07 to 0:51 p.m., the northbound T Third Street Line was blocked at Third and 16th streets by emergency vehicles. Southbound T trains switched back at the Chase Center.
- From 6:40 to 7:45 a.m., the northbound 8 Bayshore and 12 Folsom/Pacific routes were routed around Columbus Avenue and Kearny Street due to police activity.
Friday, October 10
- From 8:22 to 9:17 p.m., the eastbound 54 Felton Route routed around Cashmere Street and Whitney Young Circle due to a non-Muni collision blocking the street.
- From 12:46 to 1:32 a.m., the westbound L Owl Route routed around Market and Main streets due to a non-Muni collision blocking the street.
Wednesday, October 8
- From 4:40 to 5:53 p.m., the westbound 1 California Route routed around Sacramento and Davis streets due to an illegally parked vehicle blocking.
- From 4:29 to 5:18 p.m., the westbound K Ingleside Line was delayed at St. Francis Circle due to a stalled train. Westbound K trains were routed via the L Taraval Line and switched back at Taraval Street and 22nd Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Tuesday, October 7
- From 8:37 to 9:23 p.m., Market Street Subway service was delayed in both directions due to a medical emergency at Montgomery Station. Eastbound J Church and N Judah trains switched back at Church and Reservoir streets and Duboce Avenue and Fillmore Street, respectively. Eastbound K Ingleside, L Taraval, and M Ocean View trains switched back at Castro Station. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 6:00 to 7:14 p.m., both directions of the Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde Cable Car lines were delayed due to police activity on Powell Street between Post and Geary. Southbound cable cars on both lines switched back at Washington and Powell.
Monday, October 6
- From 7:24 to 8:50 p.m., the northbound M Ocean View Line was delayed at Broad Street and Plymouth Avenue due to a non-Muni collision. Northbound M trains routed via the K Ingleside Line. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 1:13 to 3:36 p.m., the southbound 52 Excelsior Route routed around Brazil Street between Athens and Vienna streets due to a low-hanging overhead wire.
- From 10:06 to 10:55 a.m., the California Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions due to a bumper bar alarm at California and Davis streets.
- From 4:26 to 5:21 a.m., the southbound 8 Bayshore Route routed around Harrison Street between Fifth and Sixth streets due to police activity.

- From 11:58 p.m. to 12:41 a.m. Monday, the westbound N Judah Line was delayed at Irving Street and Ninth Avenue due to a Muni-involved collision. The N Owl Bus Route support N Line service.
