Notice is hereby given that the SFMTA Board of Directors intends to hold a public hearing on the following item and on other matters on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, beginning at 1:00pm. Additional information may be found on the meeting webpage.
- Proposed Legislation: Amending the San Francisco Transportation Code, Division II, Section 305 to eliminate the fee waiver currently provided to individual vehicle owners whose vehicles were reported stolen prior to being towed, which would remove the requirement that the SFMTA waive or reimburse administrative, towing, and up to three days storage fees in such cases.
