New Muni & Taxi only signs being installed on West Portal

New Muni & Taxi only signs being installed on West Portal Avenue on Thursday, June 6th

Crews have been busy in West Portal updating striping on the streets and adding new signs in support of the West Portal Transit Delay Reduction Pilot. Work is expected to finish up by the end of the day on the Muni & Taxi only lanes. New "6-Wheel Only" meters were also recently installed on Ulloa near Claremont Blvd as a way to provide more loading space for larger deliveries to local businesses in the area.

Changes to the inbound routing of the 48 Quintara/24th Street bus are planned to begin this Saturday, June 8. Ambassadors will be on hand over the weekend to help Muni customers and neighbors understand the changes.
