Friday, February 28

  • From 6:11 to 7:17 p.m., due to a Muni-involved collision at Market and Spear streets, the 9 San Bruno, 21 Hayes, and 31 Balboa routes were routed around Market and Spear streets while the southbound F Market and Wharves Line switched back at the Ferry Building. Other eastbound Market Street Muni routes experienced residual slow moving service.

Thursday, February 27

  • From 7:44 to 8:45 p.m., California Cable Car Line service was suspended due to heavy traffic conditions along California Street due to filming of a major motion picture.
  • From 1:28 to 2:25 p.m., outbound Muni Metro subway service was delayed at Civic Center Station due to a medical emergency. Inbound M Ocean View, L Taraval, and T Third trains were switched back at Van Ness Station. The northbound J Church and eastbound N Judah lines were switched back at Church Street and Duboce Avenue. Northbound N and T trains were switched back at Embarcadero Station. Bus shuttles support Muni Metro subway service between Church and Embarcadero stations.

Wednesday, February 26

  • From 2:02 to 3:28 p.m., the southbound 14 Mission, 14R Mission Rapid, and 49 Van Ness/Mission routes were routed around Otis and Gough streets due to a non Muni collision.

Monday, February 24

  • From 5:16  to 6:34 p.m, outbound Muni Metro subway service operated at a reduced speed through Civic Center Station as the overhead wire maintenance crew performed a visual inspection of the of the overhead wire.

Wednesday, February 19

  • From 12:02 to 1:13 p.m., the southbound M Ocean View Line was delayed at Randolph and Bright streets due to a Muni-involved collision. Southbound M trains were routed over the K Ingleside Line. Bus shuttles supported M Line service.

Tuesday, February 18

  • From 11:07 p.m. to 12:25 a.m. Wednesday, due to an issue with the turn table at Powell and Market streets, the southbound Powell Hyde and Powell Mason cable car lines switched back at Washington and Powell streets. Bus shuttles supported cable car service.
  • From 4:54 to 6:31 p.m., the eastbound 29 Sunset Route routed around Fitzgerald Avenue and Keith Street due to police activity.
  • From 4:51 to 6:01 p.m., the 10 Townsend and 48 Quintara/24th Street routes routed around 25th and Connecticut streets in both directions due to a non Muni collision.

Sunday, February 16

  • From 1:51 to 2:30 p.m., the southbound M Ocean View Line was blocked by a non-Muni collision at Broad Street and Plymouth Avenue. Southbound M trains switched back at 19th and Holloway avenues. Bus shuttles supported line service.
  • From 6:11 to 6:48 a.m., the California Cable Car Line was blocked in both directions on California Street and Van Ness Avenue due to a non-Muni related delay. Bus shuttles supported line service.

Saturday, February 15

  • From 6:39 to 7:12 p.m., the 33 Ashbury/18th Route was routed around the area of 18th Street between Mission and Valencia streets in both directions due to police activity.

Friday, February 14

  • From 6:09 to 9:03 p.m., the westbound 23 Monterey Route was routed around Monterey Boulevard and Hazelwood Avenue due to a non-Muni collision.
  • From 5:11 to 6:03 p.m., the northbound 14 Mission and 14 Mission Rapid routes were delayed at Mission Street and College Avenue due to a non-Muni collision.

Thursday, February 13

  • From 10:40 a.m. to 12:48 p.m., the 54 Felton Route was routed around Ingalls Street and Underwood Avenue in both directions due to police activity.

Wednesday, February 12

  • From 4:23 to 9:55 p.m., due to police activity, the 14 Mission, 14R Mission Rapid, and 49 Van Ness/Mission routes were routed around Mission and 23rd streets in both directions.

Tuesday, February 11

  • From 5:48 to 7:29 p.m., the northbound J Church Line was delayed at San Jose Avenue and Randall Street due to a train with a pantograph issue. Northbound J trains routed over the K Ingleside Line. Southbound J trains switched back at Church and Day streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.

Sunday, February 9 

  • From 12:38 to 1:30 p.m., the northbound J Church Line was delayed on San Jose Avenue and 30th Street due to a train with a pantograph issue. Northbound J trains routed over the K Ingleside Line. Bus shuttles supported line service.

Saturday, February 8

  • From 11:11 a.m. to 1:02 p.m., due to police activity on Church Street between 22nd and 23rd streets, the southbound J Church Line switched back at Church and 16th streets while northbound J trains switched back at Church and 22nd streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.

Thursday, February 6

  • From 8:06 to 8:39 p.m., the northbound M Ocean View Line was blocked at 19th and Holloway avenues due to an automobile on the track way. Northbound M trains were routed over the K Ingleside Line. Bus shuttles provided M service. 
  • From 8:02 to 9:05 p.m., the westbound N Judah Line was delayed at Irving Street and 7th Avenue due to a stalled train. Westbound N trains switched back at Carl Street and Hillway Avenue. Bus shuttles provided line service.
  • From 7:47 to 9:25 p.m., the J Church Line was blocked at Church and 21st streets in both directions due to a stalled commuter shuttle on the track way. Southbound J trains switched back at Church and 16th streets. Northbound J trains switched back at Church and 22nd streets. Bus shuttles suppported line service.
  • From the start of service to 7:23 a.m., the J Church Line was blocked at San Jose Avenue and Randall Street in both directions due to a non Muni collision that damaged overhead wire infrastructure. Bus shuttles provided line service.

Wednesday, February 5

  • From 11:42 p.m. through the end of service, the J Church Line was blocked at San Jose Avenue and Randall Street in both directions due to a non Muni collision that damaged overhead wire infrastructure. Bus shuttles provided line service.
  • From 9:38 to 10:30 p.m., the 24 Divisadero Route was routed around Cortland Avenue and Wool Street in both directions due to fire department activity.
  • From 8:09 to 8:49 p.m., the southbound F Market and Wharves Line was delayed at Pier 39 due to a streetcar with a broken trolley pole rope.
  • From 11:55 a.m. to 12:25 p.m., the Powell Cable Car lines were delayed in both directions due to a mechanical issue at Powell and California streets. Southbound Hyde and Mason line cable cars switched back at Washington and Powell streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.

Tuesday, February 4

  • From 7:23 to 7:59 a.m., the westbound 5 Fulton and 5R Fultion Rapid routes were blocked at McAllister and Hyde streets due to police activity.

Monday, February 3

  • From 9:20 to 9:56 a.m., the southbound J Church Line was blocked at Church and 28th streets by police activity. Southbound J trains switched back at Church and 22nd streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
  • From 5:59 to 7:33 a.m., due to a Muni Metro system issue between Forest Hill and Castro stations, there was slow moving inbound subway service from West Portal Station as all trains were required to operate in manual mode through the affected area.

Sunday, February 2

  • From 12:50 to 7:07 a.m., the 38 Geary Owl and 38 Geary routes were routed around Geary Boulevard and Fourth Avenue in both directions due to a non Muni collision.

Saturday, February 1

  • From 11:37 a.m. to 12:13 p.m., the westbound California Cable Car Line was blocked at California and Front streets due to police activity. Bus shuttles provided line service.
  • From 8:03 to 8:42 a.m., due to a tree on the overhead wire, the 33 Ashbury-18th St Route was routed around 18th and Church streets in both directions. The southbound J Church Line was switched back at Church and 16th streets. Northbound J trains switched back at Church and 22nd streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
