Event Summary

The Chinatown YMCA is hosting the annual Chinese New Year Run is this Sunday, March 1. The race will begin at 8 a.m. and runners will share the streets with regular traffic. From the formation area at Grant & Sacramento, the race will travel along Grant, Pacific, Stockton, North Point, The Embarcadero, Washington, Battery, Pine and Kearny.

Muni Service Changes

The 1 California, 8 Bayshore, and 39 Coit routes may see minor delays, with the 1 California having a contingency reroute that can be implemented if needed.

California Cable Car Line service will be provided by bus shuttles from 7 to 11 a.m. California cable cars will be in service after the race has cleared.
