This week’s edition is a poem by the world renowned poet, Shane Koyczan. He encourages each person to "be a hero" by reducing their carbon footprint when they walk, bike, carpool or take transit. Watch the “If It's Green...Just Go!” commercial created by BC Transit in June 2012 featuring his poem.
Most of us use more than one way to get around, so the next time your travels take you for a walk down the block or for a trip on Muni, we hope you’ll feel heroic.
