The SFMTA is hosting a series of five workshops this summer to consult with project stakeholders and community groups about the design of the street. At the first stakeholder workshop, staff will present the results of the 18-month Powell Safety Pilot and discuss the Powell Promenade Parklets. Following the staff presentations, attendees will participate in an exercise designed to establish the goals of the project. Each of the workshops builds on the previous ones, so attendance at all meetings is highly recommended.

Following the workshops, an Open House will be held in Fall 2017 to present the design that staff has developed in consultation with project stakeholders and community groups and to recieve feedback on the design from the public.
