Better Market Street Virtual Open House
UPDATE: The Virtual Open House period has been extended through November 30. You may access the meeting presentations and interactive StoryMap informational boards at any time via the Better Market Street project website.
We have added a Better Market Street 2020 Public Survey to help collect your input. The survey will be open through November 30. You can also continue to submit your feedback or questions via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Join us for the Better Market Street project Virtual Open House from November 2nd through November 13th to learn about the upcoming first phase of construction between 5th and 8th streets in early 2021.
Outreach material will be available on the Better Market Street StoryMap during this two week period. In addition, there will be two online meetings (see dates below) where you can hear from the project team, ask questions and provide feedback.
Members of the public can register questions or comments at any time between November 2nd and 13th by emailing email@example.com.
During the Better Market Street Virtual Open House there will be two live, virtual public meetings during which the public can listen to a live, virtual presentation via video and/or phone, and ask questions or provide public comment. If you are unable to join a live, virtual public meeting, you may still submit questions and comment through November 13th by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

Phone Controls for Dial-In Attendees
The following commands can be entered via DTMF tones using your phone's dial pad while in a Zoom meeting:
- *6 - Toggle mute/unmute - all attendees will be automatically muted when first joining the meeting
- *9 - Raise hand to ask a question or make a comment
If you are only calling in, and would like to ask a question during the question and answer period, you may "raise your hand" by pressing *9 on your telephone key pad and it will alert the meeting host that you have a question. Please note there may be a short wait depending on how many people raise their hands and are in the Q&A queue. We will do our best to get to all raised hands for your questions, feedback and comments, in the order in which they are raised.
Those using the desktop or mobile app may use the “Raise Hand” or Q&A features to ask a question or make a public comment.
