Phone Controls for Dial-In Attendees

The following commands can be entered via DTMF tones using your phone's dial pad while in a Zoom meeting:

  • *6 - Toggle mute/unmute - all attendees will be automatically muted when first joining the meeting
  • *9 - Raise hand to ask a question or make a comment

If you are only calling in, and would like to ask a question during the question and answer period, you may "raise your hand" by pressing *9 on your telephone key pad and it will alert the meeting host that you have a question. Please note there may be a short wait depending on how many people raise their hands and are in the Q&A queue. We will do our best to get to all raised hands for your questions, feedback and comments, in the order in which they are raised.

Those using the desktop or mobile app may use the “Raise Hand” or Q&A features to ask a question or make a public comment.

You may also email your questions, comments or feedback to before, during or after the meeting.
