NOTICE OF HEARING TO CHANGE AND OR ADD GATE FEES, ELECTRONIC APP FEES, TRIP CANCELLATION FEES, ELECTRONIC APP PREMIUM SERVICE FEES, MEDALLION LEASE FEES, SINGLE OPERATOR APPLICATION AND RENEWAL FEES, NEW TAXI DRIVER SCHOOL CERTIFICATION APPLICATION AND RENEWAL FEES, CAB POOLING RATES, AND METER RATES. The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 to consider changes to gate fees, medallion lease fees and meter rates under Division II, Article 1100 of the Transportation Code regulating motor vehicles for hire as well as the addition of electronic app fees, electronic app premium service fees, trip cancellation fees, single operator application and renewal fees, new taxi driver school certification application and renewal fees and cab pooling rates.      

The hearing will be held at City Hall, #1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, Room 400, at 1:30 p.m.
