About the Project
The project will completely renovate, rehabilitate and seismically retrofit the existing 29,500-square-foot building at 1200 15th Street to provide modern office and operational space for the SFMTA Parking and Traffic Enforcement Division.
Originally constructed in 1931, this historically significant property will have its iconic exterior facades carefully preserved and restored with minimal changes.
