Event Summary
Reroutes will be required due to an event street closure on Balboa between 35th and 39th Streets. Balboa Village Merchants host this small arts event which features local arts, live music, and artists. The event is this Saturday, September 12, from 12 to 5 p.m. and is expected to attract up to 1,500 people.
