Public Hearing Notice: SFMTA Board of Directors Meeting, May 5, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the SFMTA Board of Directors intends to hold a public hearing on the following item and on other matters on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 beginning at 1:00pm. Additional information may be found on the meeting webpage.

• Proposed Legislation: Amending Transportation Code Division II, Section 916 to modify existing Powered Scooter Share Permit Program (Program) requirements to authorize the Director of Transportation to issue one or more extensions of the duration of current Program permits up to an additional two years to June 30, 2028, by suspending the requirement in Section 916(a)(2) of the Transportation Code, Division II, that the terms of Program permits be up to two years.
