- From 3:43 to 4:07 p.m., Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed at Washington and Taylor streets due to a disabled non-Muni bus.
- From 11:12 to 11:49 a.m., the southbound F Market & Wharves Line was delayed at Beach and Jones streets due to police activity.
- From 6:12 to 7:06 a.m., the 29 Sunset Route routed around Persia Avenue between London and Madrid streets in both directions due to police activity.

- From 1:45 to 4:34 p.m., the eastbound 1 California Route was routed around Clay and Jones streets due to a broken water pipe.
Sunday, September 27
- From 7:26 to 8:14 p.m., both directions of the J Church Line were blocked at Glen Park due to an automobile in the trackway. Southbound J trains switched back at Church and Day streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 10:38 a.m. until the end of service, the Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line were delayed in both directions due to a cable issue at Powell and Mason streets. Southbound Hyde and Mason cars switched back at Powell and Washington streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 8:32 to 9:07 a.m., the 15 Bayview Hunters Point Express Route routed in both directions around Northridge and Harbor roads due to a disabled Waymo vehicle blocking the street.
- From 6:39 to 8:08 a.m., the southbound 12 Folsom/Pacific Route routed around Broadway and Kearny Street due to a non-Muni collision.

- From 6:22 p.m. until the end of service, the Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line was down due to an electrical issue. Bus shuttles supported service.
- From 2:13 to 4:48 p.m., the Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde Cabe Car Lines held position at Jackson and Mason streets due to blockages. Bus shuttles supported service.
- From 11:27 a.m. to 3:36 p.m., the westbound 29 Sunset Route routed around Mansell and Brussels streets due to police activity.

- From 8:53 to 11:05 p.m., the eastbound J Church and N Judah lines were delayed due to a disabled train at Duboce Portal. Eastbound J trains switched back at Church and Reservoir streets. Eastbound N trains switched back at Duboce Avenue and Fillmore Street. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 5:19 to 6:57 p.m., the northbound 19 Polk Route routed around De Haro and 19th streets due to police activity.
- From 4:50 to 5:20 p.m., the 31 Balboa Route was routed around the area of Balboa Street between Ninth and Eighth avenues in both directions due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 1:36 to 5:34 p.m., N Judah Line service was delayed in both directions at Judah Street and 15th Avenue due to a disabled train. Westbound N trains switched back at Carl Street and Hillway Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 6:55 to 10:10 a.m., both directions of the 23 Monterey Route routed around Crescent Avenue and Anderson Street due to fire department activity.
