In celebration of the Chinese New Year: 2026—Year of the Horse (Lunar New Year), the Portsmouth Square Garage will provide one (1) Hour of free parking from February 8, 2026 to March 8, 2026. No validation needed, simply take your ticket to one of the nine pay stations and the system will automatically take one (1) hour off your total parking duration (tickets over 8 hours will not qualify for the free hour).
