2023 Community Survey Results

The SFMTA is focused on creating the fastest, safest and most reliable public transportation network for all San Franciscans. This is why we consider it a top priority to hear from our riders, and even our non-riders, about how we’re doing, your public transportation priorities, and ways we can improve.
From February 10-20, 2023 the SFMTA conducted a Community Survey of residents to gauge a variety of issues important to them regarding local, public transportation services. This information helps to inform important budgeting, long-range planning and policy decisions made by the SFMTA Board of Directors.
