M Ocean View Transit and Safety Project - Refined Proposal

New Project Proposal Needs Your Feedback

Based on community feedback, we have new, refined M Ocean View Transit and Safety Project proposals to share. Learn more about the updated improvement proposals:

  • The proposal background shares in-depth information on what we’ve heard from previous rounds of outreach. It also shares how that shaped what we’re proposing. And, it addresses challenges like transit reliability, safety for people walking and accessibility for people with disabilities.

  • The proposal summary shows a snapshot of what’s proposed across the corridor.

  • The detailed proposal drawings display how each intersection would look with these improvements, including estimated parking changes.

You can also view these designs and share feedback in person:

  • Stop by our in-person open house on Tuesday, May 9, between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., at OMI Senior Center (65 Beverly Street) to view the designs, ask staff questions and share your feedback. Cantonese and Spanish interpretation and materials will be provided.

  • Visit any of our self-guided open houses May 1-15 to view the materials and share your feedback. Materials are available in English, Spanish, and Chinese. Choose the location most convenient for you:

    • I.T. Bookman Community Center (446 Randolph Street)

    • Ocean View Branch Library (345 Randolph Street)

    • OMI Senior Center (65 Beverly Street)

  • We will also be hosting staffed pop-up events at the following times and locations:
