Curb Survey Closes 9/30/2023

Curb Survey Update

Hello from the Sutter Street Quick-Build Project Team,

As part of our continuing community outreach for the Sutter Street Quick-Build Project along Sutter Street from Market Street to Polk Street, we are currently conducting a Curb Use Survey to better understand the curbside loading and deliveries along the corridor.

If you have already filled out a survey, thank you very much for your time. If you have yet to fill out a survey, you can submit online at this link: SFMTA.com/SutterCurb, or print and send back a photo or PDF of the completed survey to SutterQB@SFMTA.com.

The Curb Use Survey closes on Saturday, September 30, 2023.

Pedestrians crossing Sutter Street at Grant Street in the crosswalk

We’ve already received feedback from many interested businesses, neighbors, and neighborhood organizations. A common issue we’ve heard is double parking in the travel lane along the project route. We would appreciate your help in documenting these occurrences via a 311 request, which we may use to inform our project designs. You may use the mobile app, website, or call 311 from your phone to report these observations.

Here is information on 311 procedures to report double parking or any other traffic safety concerns: 311 Service Request Using the Mobile App

Thank You!
