The Essential Trip Card (ETC) for Users to COVID Vaccination Sites - 2021.02.19

Dear Taxi Industry,

The Essential Trip Card (ETC) program, which provides taxi service for seniors and people with disabilities, is expanding to provide additional taxi value for customers to get their vaccinations. Please see the Mayor’s press release and the SFMTA’s blog post for more details. This important program expansion will benefit both customers, who will need transportation to get their vaccinations, and taxi drivers, by bring more trips to the taxi industry. Getting customer safely to their vaccination sites will help us meet our City goal of getting San Franciscans vaccinated as soon as possible.
