TO: San Francisco Taxi Drivers
SFO is converting to a new payment processing system. Your payment portal login will remain the same, but on November 30th any saved credit or debit cards you have in your account will be erased.
Here’s what you need to do:
NOW: go to taxi.sfoconnect.com and make sure you remember your username and password.
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 29th: Load enough funds onto your a-card to last at least two days.
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 30th: Log in and re-enter your card information. Re-enroll in autopay if you have autopay.
