TO: San Francisco Taxi Drivers

SFO is converting to a new payment processing system. Your payment portal login will stay the same, but on Tuesday, June 27 at 2am your saved credit or debit cards will be erased from your account.

Here’s what you need to do:

  • NOW: go to online login and make sure you remember your username and password.
  • MONDAY, JUNE 26th: Load enough funds onto your a-card to last at least two days.
  • TUESDAY, JUNE 27th: Log in and re-enter your card information after 5am. Re-enroll in autopay if you currently have your a-card automatically refilled.
