Notice is hereby given that the SFMTA Board of Directors intends to hold a public hearing on the following item and on other matters on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, beginning at 1:00pm. Additional information may be found on the meeting webpage.
- Proposed Legislation: Amending the Transportation Code, Division II, to establish the Entertainment Venue Self-Post Program; define eligibility for participants in the Program, including music venues with Place of Entertainment permits and theaters that host live performances; and set fees to cover the costs to operate the Program as well as be reimbursed for any lost meter revenue and design changes for Temporary Tow-Away signs.
- Proposed Legislation: Amending the Transportation Code, Division II, Section 201 to authorize the City Traffic Engineer to install bicycle parking spaces on the street, including racks and corrals, adjacent to red curb or other no parking zones without a public hearing.
