Taxi Customer Service Window Closure November 26 to 28

Dear Taxi Industry Member, 

Please note the upcoming, amended, Taxi Customer Service Window hours:
 

• The Window will close at 11:45am on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
• The Window will be closed all day, Thursday, November 27, 2025 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
• The Window will be closed all day, Friday, November 28, 2025 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
 

The Taxi Customer Service Window will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 1, 2025.
