Taxi Customer Service window will be closed on Wednesday, January 4, 2023

Dear Taxi Industry,

The National Weather Service has forecast heavy rain, high winds, storm conditions, and potential flooding starting Wednesday, January 4.

Due to these extreme weather conditions,  the Taxi Customer Service window will be closed on Wednesday, January 4. Taxi Services staff will still be available by phone at 415.701.4400 and email at SFTaxi@SFMTA.com.  

Thank you and please continue to prioritize safety, particularly during this time. If you need to drive tomorrow, please allow extra travel time and take appropriate caution if you encounter storm-related hazards such as flooding or power outages.
