TaxiVQ System Update 7.18.22

TO:    San Francisco Taxi Drivers 

SFO is releasing an updated version of the TaxiVQ app on Tuesday August 2nd, 2022 at 1:30am (late Monday night). You will not be able to request entry until you have downloaded the new app. If you are intending to request entry to SFO at 5:00am on August 2nd, you must open the app and follow the prompts to update to the new version before 5am.

If the app does not automatically prompt you to download the new version, open your app store and search for the TaxiVQ. You should see an option to “open” or “update” the app.

The new app version does not include any new features and will look and behave exactly the same as the app you use today. The new version is being released to improve behind-the-scenes performance issues but will not impact your day-to-day usage.
