TaxiVQ System Update and Driver Meeting

APP Update:

SFO is releasing an updated version of the TaxiVQ app on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 1:30am (late Monday night). You will not be able to request entry until you have downloaded the new app. If you are intending to request entry to SFO at 5:00am on March 29th, you must open the app and follow the prompts to update to the new version before 5am.

If the app does not automatically prompt you to download the new version, open your app store and search for the TaxiVQ. You should see an option to “open” or “update” the app.

TaxiVQ Industry Meeting (rescheduled):

SFO will hold an online meeting on Wednesday, March 30 at 3:00pm for the purpose of providing the industry with updates on the TaxiVQ app, answering questions and taking feedback. The meeting will be specifically limited to TaxiVQ and will not address other topics.
