Active Communities Plan - July Events Update

Active Communities Plan team in your community

NorCal Pedal Gang Cinco de Mayo rider

Like you, a number of us like to get out and about in the community, especially during the summer! We do this through taking community bike rides, and supporting local events in our community, such as Sunday Streets or the Bayview BMAGIC Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway. Check out some of the events we have planned listed below. Feel free to email us at activecommunities@sfmta.com if you have any questions regarding the events.

Can’t make any of those events? There’s still plenty of ways for you to make your voice heard. Our Phase 2 survey is open through July 31st. We’ve already received 1,400 surveys – but we still need more voices to understand what people need to bike, roll, or scoot in San Francisco.

Want to dig into the weeds? We’ve recently published an analysis of existing conditions, as well as network and collision analysis. We’ll be adding even more analysis over the coming weeks, and we’ll publishing a blog post to share our most interesting findings.
