As part of Phase II of the National Transit Adaptation Strategy project carried out by the former Office of the Chief Strategy Officer division of the SFTMA, project partners at MIT developed transit rider personas. This document summarizes the qualitative and quantitative process by which these transit rider personas were developed for the project.
