Objective

Objective 2.1: Improve transit service

Metric

Percentage of cable service hours delivered without interruption

Purpose

Currently we look at the amount of time and will evaluate if it was reasonable for the cause.  If the response was delayed to correct the issue we will investigate further. As well as if the same occurrences happen too frequently we will investigate further.

Definition

Percentage of cable service hours is determined by the number of cable hours delivered without mechanical interruption by the total number of scheduled cable hours and is reported system-wide.

Methodology

sum ([cable hours delivered without mechanical interruption]) ÷ sum ([scheduled cable hours])

Target

Achieve 99.5% of hours delivered without interruption
