- From 10:24 to 11:32 p.m., the eastbound 1 California Route routed around Sacramento and Taylor streets due to fire department activity.
- From 8:45 to 11:49 p.m., the 29 Sunset Route routed around Third Street and Bayshore Boulevard in both directions due to fire department activity.
- From 1:50 to 2:45 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was down due to heavy traffic. Bus shuttles supported service.
Friday, January 23
- From 2:47 to 4:00 p.m., the eastbound F Market & Wharves Line was blocked at and the 7 Haight/Noriega and 9R San Bruno Rapid routes routed around Market and Ninth streets due to a non-Muni collision. Westbound F streetcars switched back at Don Chee Way and Steuart Street.
Thursday, January 22
- From 5:37 to 8:54 p.m., California Cable Car Line service was suspended due to heavy traffic along California Street.
Wednesday, January 21
- From 2:37 to 3:14 p.m., the Powell Hyde and Powell Mason Cable Car lines were delayed at Powell and Jackson streets due to a track switch issue.
Tuesday, January 20
- From 5:21 to 6:31 p.m., the northbound 19 Polk and 27 Bryant routes routed around Mission and Seventh streets due to a demonstration march.
- From 12:14 to 1:30 p.m., the N Judah Line was delayed at Judah and La Playa streets in both directions due to fire department activity. Westbound N trains switched back at Judah Street and Sunset Boulevard. Bus shuttles supported N Line service.
- From 6:55 to 7:35 a.m., the eastbound 23 Monterey Route routed around Oakdale Avenue and Ingalls Street due to fire department activity.
Sunday, January 18
- From 1:10 to 2:30 p.m., the southbound Powell-Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed at Hyde and Beach streets due to a turntable issue. Hyde cable cars were routed onto the Powell Mason Cable Car Line. Bus shuttles supported Hyde Line service.
- From 10:47 to 11:53 a.m., the southbound K Ingleside Line was blocked at Ocean and Aptos avenues due a non-Muni collision. Southbound K trains were routed over the M Ocean View Line. Bus shuttles supported K Line service.

- From 2:58 to 3:43 p.m., the 14 Mission, 14 Mission Rapid, 48 Quintara/24th Street, 49 Van Ness/Mission, and 67 Bernal Heights routes routed around Mission and 24th streets in both directions due to a demonstration march.
- From 1:58 to 2:31 p.m., the eastbound M Ocean View and K Ingleside Lines switched back at Taraval Street and 22nd Avenue due to a signal and switch issue.

- From 10:16 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was delayed due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 5:43 to 6:38 a.m., the northbound J Church and westbound N Judah lines were delayed at Duboce Portal due to a stalled train. Westbound N trains and northbound J trains switched back at Duboce Avenue and Church Street. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 1:45 to 3:11 p.m., due to a protest at Market and Fifth streets, Market Street bus service was routed onto Mission Street in both directions.
- From 10:43 to 11:50 a.m., the T Third Street Line was delayed at the Fourth Street Bridge in both directions due to a power issue. Southbound T trains switched back at Fourth and Berry streets while northbound T trains switched back at Fourth and Channel streets.

- From 7:33 to 9:04 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was delayed at California and Drumm streets due to a cable issue.
- From 7:32 to 8:17 p.m., the Powell-Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed at Powell and Bush streets due to a cable issue.
- From 5:51 to 6:45 p.m., the southbound 14 Mission and 14 Mission Rapid routes routed around Mission Street and Onondaga Avenue due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 5:26 to 6:46 p.m., the southbound Powell Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed at Washington and Mason streets due to a stalled cable car. Bus shuttles provided line service.

- From 6:03 to 8:58 a.m., the northbound 14 Mission and 14 Mission Rapid routes routed around Mission Street and Crocker Avenue due to a downed overhead line.
