Thursday, May 22
- From 7:45 to 8:34 p.m., the N Judah Line was blocked at Judah Street and 19th Avenue in both directions due to fire department activity. Westbound N trains were switched back at Carl Street and Hillway Avenue. Bus shuttles supported N Line service.
- From 5:13 to 6:37 p.m., the 19 Polk Route was routed around Connecticut and Cesar Chavez streets in both directions due to police activity.
- From 10:43 to 11:23 a.m., the northbound 8 Bayshore, 43 Masonic, and 54 Felton routes were routed around Geneva Avenue and Alemany Boulevard due to a non-Muni collision.
Wednesday, May 21
- From 11:01 to 11:38 p.m., the eastbound 1 California Route routed around Clement Street and 3rd Avenue due to fire department activity.
- From 3:35 to 4:12 p.m., the Powell-Mason and Powell-Hyde Cable Car Lines were blocked at Washington and Powell streets by emergency vehicles.
- From 3:45 to 6:03 a.m., the eastbound 38 Geary Route routed around O’Farrell and Jones streets due to fire department activity.
- From 12:19 to 3:31 p.m., the Muni Metro subway experienced delays in both directions due to an overhead wire issue on the eastbound tracks at Embarcadero Station. Bus shuttles supported metro service between Market and Church streets and Fourth and King streets.
Tuesday, May 20
- From 10:17 to 10:45 a.m., the Powell-Hyde Bus was delayed at Hyde Street and Pacific Avenue in both directions due to police activity.
Monday, May 19
- From 8:00 p.m. through the end of service, the eastbound 1 California Route was routed around Clay and Jones streets due to a sinkhole.
- From 7:52 to 8:39 p.m., the 29 Sunset Route routed around Persia Avenue and Paris Street in both directions due to fire department activity.
- From 5:03 to 6:19 pm, the Powell Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue.
Sunday, May 18
- From 5:23 to 6:03 p.m., the eastbound N Judah Line was delayed at Judah Street and Sunset Boulevard due to a train propulsion issue. Westbound N trains switched back at Judah Street and Sunset Boulevard. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 3:12 to 3:49 p.m., the westbound California Cable Car Line was delayed due to a cable car grip replacement.
- From 1:43 to 7:25 p.m., the northbound 37 Corbett Route routed around Masonic Avenue and Upper Terrace due to an illegally parked automobile.
Saturday, May 17
- From 10:07 to 10:41 p.m., the northbound 43 Masonic Route routed around Judson Avenue and Gennessee Street due to police activity.
- From 6:26 to 7:38 a.m., the northbound 22 Fillmore Route routed around Steiner and Union streets due to a disabled truck.
- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:21 p.m., the 29 Sunset Route routed around Sunset Boulevard and Rivera Street in both directions due to police activity.
Thursday, May 15
- From 9:51 to 11:15 a.m., the California Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions due to a Muni-involved collision on California Street between Jones and Taylor streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From the start of service to 5:32 a.m., the N Judah Line was delayed in both directions due to an automobile in the Sunset Tunnel. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Wednesday, May 14
- From 2:50 to 4:20 p.m., the southbound 12 Folsom/Pacific and 27 Bryant routes were routed around Folsom and 13th streets due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 1:50 to 4:30 p.m., the 30 Stockton Route was routed around the area of Columbus Avenue and Bay Street in both directions due to police activity.
Tuesday, May 13
- From 9:42 to 10:23 p.m., both directions of the J Church Line were delayed due to an automobile in the trackway at San Jose Avenue and Randall Street.
- From 8:23 to 8:55 p.m., the northbound M Ocean View Line was delayed at 19th Avenue and Winston Drive due to a Muni-involved collision. Northbound M trains routed via the K Ingleside Line.
Monday, May 12
- From 7:52 to 9:25 p.m., both directions of the 22 Fillmore Route routed around Steiner Street and Broadway due to downed overhead wire. Northbound 22 buses switched back at Fillmore and Jackson streets.
- From 4:57 to 5:32 p.m., the southbound 19 Polk Route routed around Eddy and Hyde streets due to police activity.
- From 4:04 to 5:08 p.m., the northbound 35 Eureka Route routed around 24th and Hoffman streets due to a low-hanging PG&E wire.

- From 6:31 to 8:47 p.m., the 27 Bryant Route routed around Bryant and 25th streets in both directions due to fire department activity.

- From 10:29 to 12:08 a.m., the southbound 49 Van Ness/Mission Route routed around Washington Street and Van Ness Avenue due to police activity.

- From 2:05 to 5:35 p.m., the 5 Fulton, 5R Fulton Rapid, and 33 Ashbury/18th Street routes were routed around Futon Street and Arguello Boulevard due to a non-Muni collision.
Tuesday, May 6
- From 8:35 to 9:24 p.m., the eastbound 15 Bayview Hunters Point and 54 Felton routes were routed around Northridge and Harbor roads due to a Muni-involved collision.
- From 4:59 to 6:13 p.m., Central Subway service experienced a track system issue. Northbound T Third Street trains switched back at Fourth and Bluxome streets. A train shuttle provided service on the northbound tracks between Chinatown Station and Fourth & Brannan streets.
- From 7:37 to 8:35 a.m., both directions of the 43 Masonic Route routed around the area of Lincoln and Presidio Boulevards and Letterman Drive due to a non-Muni collision.
Monday, May 5
- From 8:01 to 8:43 a.m., the westbound N Judah Line was delayed on Ninth Avenue between Judah and Irving streets due to a tree branch in the overhead line. Westbound N trains switched back at Carl Street and Hillway Avenue. Eastbound N trains switched back at Judah Street and 22nd Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 5:32 to 8:08 p.m., the westbound 7 Haight/Noriega Route routed around Noriega Street and 31st Avenue due to fire department activity.
- From 5:24 to 6:30 p.m., the southbound 28 19th Avenue Route routed around Veterans Boulevard in the MacArthur Tunnel due to a non-Muni collision.

- From 9:59 to 10:38 p.m., the northbound T Third Line was delayed at Bryant and Fourth streets due to a motorcycle on the trackway.
Thursday, May 1
- From 7:28 to 7:59 p.m., both directions of the 14 Mission, 14R Mission Rapid and 49 Van Ness/Mission routes were routed around Mission and 14th streets due to fire department activity.
- From 6:15 to 6:58 p.m., both directions of the California Cable Car Line were delayed due to protest activity at California and Sansome streets.
- From 5:20 to 6:18 p.m., both directions of the F Market & Wharves Line was delayed and all Market Street bus service was routed onto Mission Street in both directions due to protest activity on Market Street between Ninth and Steuart streets. Southbound F streetcars switched back at the Ferry Building.
- From 2:20 to 4:45 p.m., the northbound 19 Polk and 27 Bryant routes were routed around 7th and Howard streets due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., both directions of the 12 Folsom/Pacific, 14 Mission, 14R Mission Rapid, 48 Quintara/24th Street, 49 Van Ness/Mission, 67 Bernal Heights routes routed around Mission Street between 24th Street and South Van Ness to Polk Street and Golden Gate Avenue due to protest activity.
