Sunday, September 15
- From 12:50 to 3:05 p.m., the southbound 12 Folsom/Pacific Route routed around Van Ness Avenue and Jackson Street due to a disabled automobile.
- From 9:32 to 10:08 a.m., the eastbound 36 Teresita Route routed around Foerster Street and Monterey Boulevard due to a non-Muni collision.
Friday, September 13
- From 1:05 to 1:47 p.m., the 21 Hayes Route routed around Hayes and Baker streets in both directions due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 9:28 to 10:05 a.m., the westbound 23 Monterey Route routed around Monterey Boulevard and San Anselmo Avenue due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 5:26 to 6:40 a.m., the J Church and F Market & Wharves lines were delayed at Church and 16th streets in both directions due to a non-Muni collision.
Thursday, September 12
- From 8:19 to 9:11 p.m., the eastbound N Judah Line was delayed at Embarcadero and Bryant Street due to a disabled SFPD vehicle on the tracks. Eastbound N trains switched back at the Muni Metro Turnaround between Embarcadero Station and the surface. Bus shuttles supported service.
- From 10:02 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., both directions of the N Judah and T Third Street lines were delayed due to fire department activity and an overhead power loss on Berry Street between Fourth and Fifth streets. Northbound T trains switched back at Chase Center. Southbound T trains switched back at Fourth and Bluxome streets. Eastbound N trains switched back at Embarcadero and Harrison Street until 10:45 a.m., when normal service resumed for the N Judah Line. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 6:09 to 8:57 a.m., the 28 19th Avenue and 43 Masonic routes routed around Lombard and Octavia streets in both directions due to police activity.
Saturday, September 7
- From 11:07 a.m. to 12:27 p.m., the eastbound F Market & Wharves streetcars switched back at 11th Street and westbound streetcars switched back at Don Chee Way due to a disabled tour bus.
Friday, September 6
- From 6:30 to 7:36 p.m., the westbound 5 Fulton Rapid Route routed around Fulton Street and 20th Avenue due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 6:03 to 7:03 p.m., the 44 O’Shaughnessy Route routed around Silver Avenue and Harvard Street in both directions due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 8:43 to 9:48 a.m., the southbound 14 Mission and 14 Mission Rapid routes routed around Mission and Fremont streets due to fire department activity.
- From 3:21 to 6:49 a.m., the 91 3rd Street/19th Avenue Owl Route routed around 19th Avenue exit in both directions due to a closure.
Thursday, September 4
- From 12:58 to 4:54 p.m., the eastbound M Ocean View and K Ingleside Lines switched back at St. Francis Circle due to fire department activity. Bus shuttles supported service.
- From 12:56 to 1:34 p.m., the southbound J Church Line was delayed at Church and 18th streets due to a stalled train.

- From 1:50 to 2:44 p.m., the Powell-Mason Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue.
- From 10:34 to 11:36 a.m., the 54 Felton Route routed around Williams Avenue and Vesta Street in both directions due to police activity.

- From 7:55 to 8:33 a.m., the 27 Bryant Route routed around Jackson and Hyde streets due to a disabled Cable Car blockage.
- From 7:37 to 8:33 a.m., the Powell-Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed at Jackson and Hyde streets in both directions due to an equipment issue.

- From 9:15 to 9:47 a.m., the 49 Van Ness/Mission Route routed around McAllister Street and Golden Gate Avenue in both directions due to police activity.
- From 7:51 to 9:34 a.m., the westbound 56 Rutland Route routed around Leland Avenue and Peabody Street due to construction work.
