This dashboard is based upon SFMTA incident log data which captures staff reports of maintenance and vehicle issues, non-violent passenger incidents, vandalism, and altercations. The data displayed here filters incidents to those with descriptions that include “mask”, “facial covering” or similar phrases. As well as incidents categorized as only a 'Security Incident’ or ‘Passenger Incident’. Data displayed does not make distinction regarding the severity of incidents.
