Bus Shuttles Substitute for California Cable Cars: Night of July 23, 2019

Bus shuttles will substitute the California Cable Car for evening of Tuesday, July 23, 2019. The last cable car will run at 10 p.m.; buses will be begin at 9 p.m. and continue until the end of service at about 12:30 a.m. The California Cable Car will resume regular service on Wednesday, July 24. During this bus substitution, all other cable car lines will operate as usual.

Important Information

• Bus shuttles will stop at the regular cable car stops on California Street. Service will be unavailable at the Terminal at Drumm Street. Customers may board at Drumm & California in front of the Hyatt. The stop on California & Powell Street will provide a transfer point between bus and the Powell cable cars.

• Regular bus fare is required for riding the bus.
