Event Summary
Juneteenth is an annual event marking the abolition of slavery in the United States. A joint celebration of Juneteenth and Father's Day will be held at Gilman Park on Sunday, June 15, requiring street closures and a minor reroute of the 29 Sunset Route.
Street Closures
The following streets will be closed to traffic from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Gilman between Hawes Street and Bill Walsh Way
- Bill Walsh Way between Gilman Avenue and Ingerson Avenue
- Ingerson between Bill Walsh Way and Griffith Street
