The world premiere of Matrix 4 will take place at the Castro Theatre on Saturday, December 18, 2021 from approximately 4pm-midnight. Street closures will begin Friday, December 17 and last until Sunday, December 19. Both directions of the 24 Divisadero Route and the southbound direction of the 35 Eureka Route will reroute around the area of Castro Street between 18th and 16th streets.

Street Closures

Castro Street will be closed from Market to 18th from Friday, starting at 6:00 a.m. until Sunday, December 19, at 10 a.m.
