N Judah Line Partial Bus Substitution: April 29-30, 2023
Summary
Beginning with the start of service on Saturday, April 29 and lasting through the end of service on Sunday, April 30, the N Judah Line will be partially served by buses between the western terminal at Ocean Beach (Judah & La Playa) and Duboce & Church. Normal N Judah rail service will operate within the subway and along the Embarcadero to the ballpark and Caltrain. This partial motorization will be to accommodate various essential track and infrastructure projects along the western portion of the N Judah Line by the SFMTA, the Department of Public Works, the SF Public Utilities Commission and PG&E.

From the start of service | Beginning at Judah & La Playa, buses will proceed on Judah in the curb lane to 19th Ave., right on 18th, left on Kirkham, left on 16th, right on Judah and continue to Carl & Cole. From Carl & Cole, buses will operate express service via Cole, Haight, Divisadero, Castro to Duboce & Church. |

All hours of service | Beginning at Fillmore & Duboce, buses will proceed via Duboce, service the stop at Noe adjacent to the Sunset Tunnel, operate express service without stops via Duboce, Castro, Divisadero, Haight, Cole to Carl & Cole. After servicing stop at Cole & Carl, buses will continue via in the curb lane via the regular N Judah route to terminal at La Playa. |
