Event Summary
As part of the 19th Avenue Paving and Rehabilitation project, Caltrans will be repaving the southbound and northbound lanes along 19th Avenue between Holloway Avenue and Sloat Boulevard. Parking along this stretch of 19th will be temporarily removed to facilitate the work and Muni service in the area will be affected.
Work Zone
The southbound and northbound 19th Avenue between Sloat and Holloway will be closed from 7 a.m. Friday, May 22, to 10 a.m. Monday, May 25. Expect longer than normal travel times along southbound and northbound 19th Avenue. Be sure to give yourself extra travel time and consider using alternate street routes to get around the impacted area. Curbside street parking will be temporarily removed during the repaving work and driveway access along this stretch may be temporarily blocked while crews are working.
Muni Service Changes
During the 19th Avenue repaving work, the 28, 28R, 29, 57, and 91 routes will have the service adjustments shown in the table below. The 23 and M OceanView may experience minor delays through the affected area.
