Event Summary
The annual Pilgrimage of St. Jude Thaddeus is a yearly procession of Catholic faithful who will proceed from the National Shrine of St. Francis of Assisi to St. Dominic’s Church. The procession may affect 12 Folsom/Pacific Route service in both directions, though reroutes will only be put into effect if needed.
Street Closures
Rolling street closures will take place for the following streets along the procession:
- Columbus between Vallejo and Mason
- Mason between Columbus and Pacific
- Pacific between Mason and Van Ness
- Van Ness between Pacific and Pine
- Pine between Van Ness and Steiner
- Steiner between Pine and Bush
Muni Service Changes
The following reroutes are a contingency only, meaning that they will only be implemented on the day of the event if needed. Minor delays are expected on the 8 Bayshore, 12 Folsom/Pacific, 30 Stockton, 49 Van Ness/Mission, and the Powell/Mason Cable Car Line as the procession makes its way across the city.
