Important

To request a Hearing (Level 2 Protest) for a Speeding Ticket in person, the following are required:

  1. Receive results in the mail from a completed Admin Review (Level 1 Protest)
  2. Within 21 days of receiving the results:
    1. Start the Hearing (Level 2 Protest) process by following the instructions below.
    2. Pay the fine shown on the ticket(s), or submit the low-income discount form for approval to waive the payment.

Reminder: You must complete a Admin Review (Level 1 Protest) and receive results in the mail before starting the hearing process. There is no way to skip the Admin Review.

Services Offered

  • Ticket Fine Payment by debit/credit card, check, or money order.
  • Low-Income Discount Form support and/or approval for a payment waiver.
  • Schedules same-day, in-person hearing with the Hearing Officer.  No appointment is necessary.
  • Customer Service does not schedule phone or video hearings.

Important

  • Twenty-one (21) days after the Admin Review (Level 1 Protest) results mailing date, Customer Service will not schedule the in-person hearing
  • For phone or video hearings, hand deliver a completed Hearing Request Form
  • For written hearings, hand deliver a completed Hearing Request Form or submit online at www.violationinfo.com.
