Muni bus routes 5, 19, 21, 47 and 49 around Civic Center may experience delays due to the Hussain Day Procession on November 13, 2016. From 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, there are activites at Civic Center. The parade starts at 1:00 pm and concludes at 3:00 pm.
