Persuant to SFMTA Order No. 5784 adopted June 8, 2017, the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency will hold a public hearing to solicit public input and consider approvals on the proposed changes.

The Potrero Avenue Streetscape Improvement project was approved by the SFMTA Board in 2014 after an extensive community process in 2013. Construction for the project began in 2015 and is anticipated to be completed in Winter 2018. The project will improve the safety of people walking, biking and driving; and improve Muni reliability and travel times, but requires the removal of parking. In the 2014 Board approval process, some of the required legislation to remove parking was accidentally omitted. This hearing is to approve the omitted legislation and account for minor design corrections since 2014. To learn more or give feedback, please go to www.sfmta.com/potrero.
