Project Introduction
The Potrero Avenue Streetscape Improvement project was approved by the SFMTA Board in 2014 after an extensive community process in 2013. Construction for the project began in 2015 and is anticipated to be completed in Winter 2018. The project will improve the safety of people walking, biking and driving, and improve Muni reliability and travel times, but requires the removal of parking.
